About Us

Inscap Associates is an East-Africa–based international development advisory firm. We help donors, governments, and implementing organisations turn funding into measurable results. Our work combines big-firm technical rigour with deep local presence across Kenya, South Sudan, and the Horn of Africa.

We specialise in the parts of the development cycle where money meets accountability: fund management, public financial management, value-for-money assessment, monitoring & evaluation, governance, and institutional capacity building.

Our Passion
